Pause or Cancel Anytime

Need a break? You can pause or cancel your Autoship plan anytime directly from your account. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after any changes.

When will I be charged each month? ⌄
You will be charged automatically based on the delivery frequency you selected when placing your Autoship order.
Can I change the products in my Autoship? ⌄
Yes — you can update quantities, change variants, or modify your upcoming orders anytime before the next billing date
Is there a minimum commitment period? ⌄
No. You may pause, skip, or cancel your Autoship anytime unless otherwise specified in the offer.
What happens if my payment fails? ⌄
We’ll automatically retry the payment and send you an email with a secure link to update your payment method.
Will my autoship orders be canceled when I cancel my subscription? ⌄
All upcoming autoship orders will be canceled when you cancel your subscription. However, any orders that were generated before your subscription was canceled will still be processed and fulfilled as scheduled.
